The Lodge Rooms
All seven guest rooms have their own individual charm. Choose a room with a balcony and/or a king-size bed. Our four suites can accommodate families of up to eight. And each guest room or suite has a private bathroom. A bountiful breakfast is included, served from 8 – 10am.
Lodge room #1 – Sadie Orchard Room
Facing north, this room offers a lovely view of the Black Range mountains and Main Street. It features a king-sized bed, in-suite shower and bathroom. Hardwood floors.
Lodge room #2 – Aldo Leopold Room
A corner room, with mountain views to the north and east. Step out onto a private balcony, for a truly relaxing respite. It includes a queen-sized bed, in-suite shower and bathroom. Hardwood floors.
Lodge room #3 – Georgia O’Keeffe Suite
This two-room suite overlooks the south-facing greenhouse, and includes a secluded vine-covered private balcony. The outer room has a single bed and carpet. The inner room has a queen bed and hardwood floor.
Lodge room #4 – the Family Suite
This carpeted two-room suite overlooking the solar greenhouse is perfect for a large family with children. The large main room has a queen bed and double (full) bed. The innermost room features two sets of bunk beds, plus animal murals on the walls. The bathroom has a walk-in shower.
Lodge room #5 – Sam’s Suite
A two-room suite facing south into the greenhouse, and west towards the mountains. The outer room is carpeted and has two twin beds and a sink. The inner room has a double (full) sized bed, with a window to the west. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo.
Lodge room #6 – Gila View Room
This sunny room features a king-sized bed, hardwood floors and a large deck with an expansive view of the Lodge grounds, the forest and mountains. The private bath has an old-fashioned, free-standing bathtub, with shower.
Lodge room #7 – the Apache Suite
A spacious two-room suite, great for bird-watchers, with windows offering a view of the west lawn and mulberry tree. The outer room has a queen-sized bed. The inner room contains a queen bed and single bed, with a door that opens onto the north balcony. The private bath has a step-in shower.

The Studio
This cozy apartment features a queen-sized bed, kitchen, TV and DVD player, with a couch that makes into a bed. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Its shady patio is surrounded by bamboo, offering a private retreat.
The Percha Creek House
Overlooking the Percha Creek, the Percha Creek House makes an ideal getaway for family and friends, with six bedrooms and four baths, plus a spacious kitchen, dining & living room. Two large decks, front and back, encourage gathering outdoors in Kingston’s fine weather. A gas grill encourages summer BBQs. There is plenty of parking, plus an orchard in front and creek-side yard in back.
