Consider the Black Range Lodge for your next reunion, retreat, wedding or workshop. The informal atmosphere makes for a fantastic get away – perfect to share with friends, family or colleagues.

The Black Range Lodge offers a relaxed, make-yourself-at-home atmosphere, with two large rooms for gatherings. For meetings, the second floor common room can seat up to 40, and can be arranged to suit your needs. It is equipped with a TV/VCR/DVD player and a hanging screen for slide/powerpoint presentations.This space is free, when booking the entire lodge.

Our new "Classroom" is a multi-purpose 600sf space with chairs and tables for up to 40. It features large south-facing windows for natural light, which enhances comfort, visual acuity and mental alertness. We can supply a slide projector, overhead projector, and/or large video monitor for laptop presentations. $200 per day additional.

Cook your own meals in our spacious kitchen, or we'll arrange for catering.

For weddings the first floor lobby and game room can comfortably host a 50 to100-person reception.  Outdoor areas suitable for a ceremony include the front lawn, an orchard with blossoming trees in the spring, and the southern lawn and hillside, with a sheltered platform.

Families will enjoy activities for all ages, including a pool table, trampoline, board games, disc golf, etc.

The seven Lodge guest rooms and suites combined contain 17 beds, which sleep up to 26. The count includes: two king-sized, five queen sized, two double and eight single beds. The group rate is $850/day for up to 20 people, including breakfast. $25 per additional person. *plus tax

The Percha Creek House has six bedrooms and four bathrooms. Upstairs there are three queen bedrooms, one is wheelchair accessible with a private bath, and two that share a bath. It includes a spacious kitchen, dining & living room, and two large decks overlooking the Percha Creek and the Gila National Forest. Downstairs are three more bedrooms, which include 2 queen beds, a double bed, plus two queen futons.  One large room (queen + futon) has a private bath, and the other two rooms share a bath.  Satellite TV and a laundry room are included. Below the home, the lovely Percha Creek flows by, and in front a fruit orchard offers a grassy, shaded area for relaxing or lawn games. It starts at $300 per night for up to six persons, including breakfast, with a two night minimum.

The luxury Guest House has a queen bed and queen futon, and sleeps up to four. The living room offers a comfortable space for small meetings, up to 15.  Amenities include a full kitchen, living/dining room, satellite TV, and a Jacuzzi.  It is full wheel-chair accessible, and starts at $155 per night, for two people, including breakfast.

The Studio has a queen bed and pull out couch, and sleeps up to four. It includes a small kitchen and a private, shady patio area, plus satellite TV.  It begins at $120 per night for two people, including breakfast.
